ARABIAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday October 3, 2019

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to an ARABIAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY this Thursday October 3, 2019, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and prizes for best Arabian attire. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The spectacular DJ Nickie Bascos will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (September 26th) was a great DANCE PARTY at Eastlake.  Thanks to many returning dancers, there were 25 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 4 photos below.

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 26, 2019, DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

SELFIES were taken by the dozen.  Above you see one of Nedy's, taken by Eastlake, with Estrelle, Nina, Nedy and Pat E.  You can see this one and lots more on Nedy's Facebook, and on the Thursday Night at Eastlake Facebook.

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm, and then intermittently until 10pm. In the photo above, dancing to the line dance for "Something Stupid", it was Rosa more or less showing the steps to Brett.

POSE BEFORE FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for the photo above before eating. Here's a "Thank You", and credits for delicious food. Estrelle brought pork menudo. Nedy brought eggplant omelets. Mel Paiste brought pancit sotanghon with patola and shrimp. Carmen brought lots of fried rice. Geraldine and Romi brought fruits. Josie brought chocolate cream pie. Pat E brought grapes. Rosa brought turon. And, there was more.

BALLROOM DANCING alternated with line dancing from 7 - 10pm.  In the photo above, it was Phil and Elma I think dancing bachata to "Cuando Me Enamoro".

Thursday, October 10, 2019:  OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Roses for ladies and balloons for celebrants. Plus, an election campaign event for Delfina, who is a candidate for the Chula Vista City Council.  DJ Bing Villafuerte.



Thursday, October 17, 2019: DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Mel Zaragoza.



Thursday, October 24, 2019:  50's & 60's NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Prizes for best attire. DJ Bing Villafuerte.



  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
