NO DANCE PARTIES at Eastlake Thursday April 8, 2021, and until further notice

 Hello Dancers,   

  Thursday evening dancing at Eastlake remains cancelled until further notice due to coronavirus, including today, Thursday, April 8, 2021. I hope everybody remains healthy and avoids the flu and coronavirus.
  It's been over a year now since the state-wide shutdown.  Some Filipino-American dance groups in the San Diego area have started dance parties again.    
  The coronavirus epidemic statistics published for San Diego County continue improving. Over the past 3 weeks, the County has had the lowest COVID numbers since November. The rate of new intensive care admissions dropped to about 2 per day, and the rate of deaths over the past three weeks dropped to about 5 per day. The County and other organizations are now vaccinating lots of people, using Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Even many Walgreens drug stores have Pfizer vaccination sites in their parking lots.    
  I'm now only sending these emails every 3 weeks.
