You are invited to an ARABIAN NIGHTS DANCE PARTY this Thursday August 30, 2018, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and prizes for best Arabian Nights Dance attire, so dig out your . It's a "private party" and this is your invitation. Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The incredible DJ Nickie Bascos will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.
DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive. Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive. The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.
Last week (August 23rd) was a great DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, with 25 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 4 photos below.

Eva & Dwayne brought leche flan. And, there was more.
BAILANDO. Mel Paiste was dancing with Eden to "Bailando".

THURSDAY AUGUST 16, 2018, BEACH & SHORTS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:
AT THE BEACH in the photo above were Edith, Susie and Myrna. The beach is on a part of Eastlake near the Clubhouse.
FOOD TIME. Above, dancers posed for a photo before eating. Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought eggplant tempura, chicken pinola, and rice. Karina brought Watergate salad dessert. Sheila brought jello. Mel Paiste brought vegetable dinengdeng. Rei brought Chinese chicken salad and chicken nuggets. Estrelle brought menudo. And, there was more.
BOOGIE. Rosa, Mel Paiste and Eva were jumping & jiving to "Rock & Roll Is King", in the photo above.
BEACH & SHORTS NIGHT BEST ATTIRE WINNERS, well most of them, were in the photo above. Neriza, Eva, Myrna, Rosa, Estrelle, Karina, Eden, Nedy, Sheila, Lydia and Myra lined up while judges Nina and Edith awarded some prizes.
RUMBA. I got to dance with Nedy to the rumba "Quien Sabe". Line dancing was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm, then alternating with ballroom dancing until closing time.
