NO THURSDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY at LOLA HAPPY BISTRO Thursday July 30, 2026

Hello Dancers,  
    Well, there will be NO THURSDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday July 30th, at Lola Happy Bistro, 3421 E. Plaza Blvd., National City 91950, because we reduced the schedule to have dances only for special events, usually every other week.  BUT, be sure to come to the CARIBBEAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY on August 6, 2026, especially if you have some Caribbean, embellished beach hat, or beach or shorts attire.

  DIRECTIONS:  Lola Happy Bistro, 3421 E. Plaza Blvd., National City 91950, is almost a mile east of the 805-Plaza Blvd exit, at the signal-lighted intersection of Plaza Blvd and Manchester Street. We will be in the restaurant with a few regular customers.

A JULY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY was at Lola Happy Bistro on this past Thursday night, July 23, 2026, with DJ Nickie Bascos.  The party was in Lola Happy Bistro, on a mild and dry night.  There were about 50 in attendance.  Here are 5 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party, almost all were copied from Facebooks:

  LINE DANCING was a favorite.  In the photo above, Roland's Inspiring Dancers performed the line dance "Bandita" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gz5HbQ2IDwc ) in their new custom-made Roland's Inspiring Dancers T-shirts.   In front by the stage were Eva and Roland.  In the middle line were Faye, Geraldine and Jannet.  In the line by the audience were Lolit and Irish.

A HAWAIIAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY was at Lola Happy Bistro on this past Thursday night, July 9, 2026, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a mild and dry night.   LINE DANCING was a favorite.  In the photo above, Roland's Inspiring Dancers, in Hawaiian attire,  performed a line dance to Aloha Oe Remix ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGZSeROHAag ).  In this photo we see Jannet, Lolit and Irish near the audience.  Faye, Eva and Geraldine were in the middle line. Roland was near the stage. 

 

 

 "THE FRIENDS" PERFORMED, in the photo above, in Hawaiian attire.   In the line by the audience were Karina and Sheila. Nedy, Angie and Josie were near the stage.  Beth and Rei were hidden. 

 

 

  BALLROOM DANCING was abundant. In the photo above, Ruben and Rossana were dancing to what appears to be a merengue.

 

 

  WINNING COUPLES in HAWAIIAN Night party attire posed for the photo above.  They were Marta and Jeff, John and Faye, DJ Bing and Jannet, Ver and Ditas, Roland and Irish, and Cisco and Maria.  Mark and Rei, Romi and Geraldine, and Dwayne and Eva were also winning couples, but not in this photo.  Lydia and Josie donated prizes.
