DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday March 7, 2019

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to a DANCE PARTY this Thursday March 7, 2019, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The great DJ Mel Zaragoza will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (February 28th) was a great MARDI GRAS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake.  Thanks in part to some DANCESATION stars with Bert Velasco,  there were over 30 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 6 photos below.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 28, 2019, MARDI GRAS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

LINE DANCING  was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm, and then off & on until 10. In the photo above, folks were line dancing to a new one for Thursdays at Eastlake, "No Matter What", with Edith in front, more or less. 

POSE BEFORE FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for a photo before eating.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for a lot of very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought pinakbet. Beth brought pineapple. Carmen brought a chocolate cake. Rei and Nina brought salad and puto. Geraldine brought salad. Estrelle brought fried rice. Nedy brought egg omelette, macaroni salad and  rice. Karina brought fruit salad. Connie & Rick brought fruits and chips. Rosa brought lumpia.  First-timer Cecilia brought caldereta. Bert Velasco brought dinuguan.  Mel of DANCESATION brought chicken macaroni soup and pancit. And, there was more.

Thursday, March 21, 2019.  DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Nickie Bascos. 


Thursday, March 28, 2019:  DISNEY NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Prizes for Best Attire (lots of Disney costumes on EBay).  DJ Bing Villafuerte.


  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
