DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday September 27, 2018

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to a DANCE PARTY this Thursday September 27, 2018, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The spectacular DJ Nickie Bascos will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (September 20th) was a great POLKA DOTS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, with 35 dancers, most dressed in POLKA DOTTED attire, enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 6 photos below.

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 20, 2018, POLKA DOTS NIGHT DANCE PARTY, at Eastlake:

BY THE LAKE.  Nedy, Vina, Charlene, Wilma, Bella and Loida posed by Eastlake, in a photo from Nedy's Facebook of September 20th. Also, you can see other photos and videos from Polka Dots Night are posted on the EastLake Shore Thursday Dance Group Facebook.

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm, then off & on until closing time.  Above, some were dancing to a new one for Eastlake, "Something In The Water" line dance. In the photo, it was Edith and Zeny in the front line, more or less.

FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for a photo before eating.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for a lot of very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought roast beef with mushrooms & vegetable, and gravy and rice and cheesecake.  Nedy brought fancy rolls. Geraldine brought ginataan. Ralph brought chicken. Estrelle brought ham sandwiches. Rei brought Greek salad. And, there was more.

THE MIXER is what they called this.  Above, Nedy was dancing The Mixer with Ralph.

WINNERS WITH POLKA DOTS TOP AND BOTTOM.  Ten lovely ladies were recognized for good Polka Dot attire, top and bottom, and they posed in the photo above:  Neriza, Eden, Bella, Nedy, Nene, Estrelle, Geraldine, Aurea, Josie and Isabelle, while Judge Rei read the names randomly selected of who would have the prizes.

Eight lovely ladies were recognized for good Polka Dot attire, top OR bottom, and they posed in the photo above:  Wilma, Charlene, Loida, Vina, Aida, Pat, Aurora and Virgie, after Judges Rei and Edith had randomly selected Charlene and Aida to have the prizes.

Thursday, October 11, 2018:  OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Balloons, roses for ladies, and cake for all. DJ Mel Zaragoza.


Thursday, October 18, 2018:  DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Bing Villafuerte.



  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
