POLKA DOTS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday September 20, 2018

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to a POLKA DOTS NIGHT DANCE PARTY this Thursday September 20, 2018, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and prizes for best Polka Dots Night Dance attire. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The adorable DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last week (September 13th) was a great DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, and thanks in part to visiting VIPs from Bert Velasco's Dancesation, there were about 30 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Mel Zaragoza, as you can see in the 7 photos below.

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 13, 2018, DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for a photo before eating.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for a lot of very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought barbecued chicken and fried rice. Karina brought cantaloupe juice. Beth brought misua with  meatballs. Nedy brought peanuts. Geraldine brought rice cakes. Ralph brought chicken. Sheila brought Eclairs. Mel Paiste brought pancit sotanghon. Estrelle brought chicken sandwiches and pork torta  omelette. Bert & Lennie Velasco brought chips & salsa. And, there was more.

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 until 7, and off and on until 10.  In the photo above, Dancesation's Bert Velasco led line dancers in a rumba or bolero line dance.

BALLROOM DANCING.  We guys preferred ballroom dancing.  In the photo above, Bert Velasco led Edith in a night club 2-step, "Always".

Thursday, October 11, 2018:  OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Balloons, roses for ladies, and cake for all. DJ Mel Zaragoza.


  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
