NO DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday March 29, 2018

Hello Dancers,

There is NO DANCE PARTY this Thursday March 29, 2018, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, out of respect for Holy Thursday. Come back on April 5th for lots of dancing, fun, food and beverages.

Last Thursday (March 22nd) was the 2ND ANNIVERSARY NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake. Thanks in part to several VIPs from the Bay Terraces Seniors Association (aka Tooma Park dancers), there were almost 40 dancers enjoying the great music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 4 photos below.

(Note: If the following photos do not appear when you look at this email, click the words at the top of this email that say something like "Show images which are still blocked to protect your privacy" - I already know who you are.  If that doesn't work, you can either click on the places where the photos should be, or go to this website to see the whole email.)

THURSDAY MARCH 22, 2018, 2ND ANNIVERSARY NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

LOVELY LADIES BY THE LAKE.  Early in the evening, enjoying the second Thursday of Daylight Saving Time, it was Myrna, Edith, Nina, Belen and Rei by the lake, in the photo above.

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm. Above, visiting VIP dancer Trining from the Bay Terraces (Tooma Park) Dancers, led the line dancers in "Latin Lover", which was new to Thursday night at Eastlake. Edith, Trining and Belen were in the front line in the photo above.

FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for a photo before eating.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought beef mechado with pasta & strawberries. Beth brought boiled banana. Jake brought leche flan. Rei brought Greek salad, crackers & cheese. Ralph brought baked chicken. Josie brought oranges. Geraldine brought ginataan. Nene brought maja blanca. Elma brought salad with chicken. Medy brought mandarin oranges. Ruben brought a sampler pack. And, there was more, like cake and ice cream.

BALLROOM DANCING, which we guys preferred, alternated with line dances from 7pm - 10pm.  Above, Delia and JR were dancing to "Cha Cha Cha".

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.

(2)  You can click on Links to YouTube MUSIC VIDEOS and other websites that are mentioned in this email (the links are colored like this of "Latin Lover" line dance).  You can get more info at websites like: this email group's Home Page and Upcoming Events.
