VALENTINES & FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday February 13, 2020

Hello Dancers,  

 You are invited to a VALENTINES and FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY this Thursday February 13, 2020, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be balloons, cake, lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and a rose for every lady. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The spectacular DJ Mel Zaragoza will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  Come - it'll be the last Eastlake dance until March 19th.

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (February 6th) was a great COWBOY & WESTERN NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake.  Thanks in part to DANCESATION stars and Nickie's Angels, there were about 40 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Nickie Bascos, as you can see in the 7 photos below.

THURSDAY February 6, 2020, COWBOY & WESTER NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm, then it alternated with ballroom dancing until 10pm.  In the photo above Edith was in front dancing to long-time Eastlake favorite "Caballero" line dance.

Rei brought salad and macadamia nut chocolate chip cookies.  Minda brought guavas and noodles with chicken. Beth brought pancit. Bert Alota brought papaya. Nick & Eden brought barbecued baby back ribs and baked beans.  Connie & Rick brought tuna sandwiches. Estrelle brought meatballs. Sheila brought bundt cake.  Carmen brought fried rice and mango.  Geraldine brought potato salad. Nedy brought cookies. Mel Paiste brought sotanghon with patola and shrimp. Rosa brought turon. Faye brought food. Janette brought dried jackfruit.  Loretta brought banana cake.  Ralph brought 3 pizzas.  Eva brought rotisserie chicken. BALLROOM DANCING alternated with line dancing until 10pm.  In the photo above, Bert Velasco and Laura were dancing to "Dandansoy (Waray)".

Thursday, February 13, 2020:  VALENTINES & FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Mel Zaragoza. Each lady will get a rose. Try to attend, because the clubhouse will be unavailable until mid-March.

Thursday, February 20 - March 12, 2020: No dances at Eastlake because the clubhouse will be closed.

Thursday, March 19, 2020:  MARCH BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Bing Villafuerte. Roses for birthday ladies.  Balloons for birthday guys.

Thursday, March 26, 2020:  BLACK & WHITE NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Mel Zaragoza.

  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
