APRIL BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday April 11, 2019

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to an APRIL BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY this Thursday April 11, 2019, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, cake, beverages, and balloons and roses for birthday ladies. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The fabulous DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (April 4th) was a DANCE PARTY at Eastlake.  There were 20 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Mel Zaragoza, as you can see in the 5 photos below.

THURSDAY APRIL 4, 2019, DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

DJ MEL was warming up for a great night, in the photo above.

BY THE LAGOON - a SELFIE.  Well, there were dozens of selfless taken.  Above is one from Nedy's Facebook.  Estrelle, Nedy and Rosa posed with the Lagoon in the background. 

LINE DANCING  was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm. In the photo above it was Eden, Edith, Beth and Nedy in the front line practicing "Back In My Life, Back Together". 

POSE BEFORE FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for the photo above before eating. Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for lots of very delicious food. Beth brought pancit. Nick & Eden brought sirloin strips, sauteed with bell peppers, sotanghon and rice. Estrelle brought vegetable lumpia and chicken salad sandwiches. Nedy brought peanuts. Cecilia & Ely brought Thai salmon curry with red rice. Rosa brought turon.  Bert & Lennie Velasco and Mel Pamaran brought dinuguan and eggplant casserole. And, there was more.

RUMBA.  There was lots of dancing.  Above, it was Rosa dancing with DANCESATION's Bert Velasco to the rumba "Asi Fue".

Thursday, May 2, 2019:  MEXICAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Prizes for best attire.  DJ Bing Villafuerte. 



  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
