You are invited to a CHRISTMAS DANCE PARTY this Thursday December 20, 2018, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation. Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The marvelous DJ Mel Zaragoza will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.
DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive. Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive. The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last week (December 13th) was a "no dance" night - another Eastlake group had reserved the Clubhouse.

FLASHBACK TO 2016 and 2017 - CHRISTMAS PARTY DANCES:
2016:
BALLROOM DANCES. We guys preferred the ballroom dances. Above, Eva and Dwayne danced to the rumba "Quien Sabe" in December 2016.
PHOTOS BY THE DOZEN. An impromptu photo session erupted when "Caballero" dancers saw us taking their picture, and they "posed" for cameras, in 2016.
2017:
Then, as now, LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm, and off & on the rest of the night. Above, dancing to "Rocking Around The Christmas Tree" line dance, it was Edith and Nina more or less in the front line, in the 2017 Christmas Party.

MISTLETOE occupied some people's attention, mostly women staying away from it so they wouldn't get kissed. Above, Romi kissed Geraldine under the mistletoe.

It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties. This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
