BLACK & WHITE NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday January 25, 2018

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to a BLACK & WHITE NIGHT dance party this Thursday January 25, 2018,at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be prizes for best attire (so dig out your black & white), lots of dancing, fun, food and beverages.  It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The fabulous DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (January 18th) was a THURSDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake. THURSDAY JANUARY 18, 2018, DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm, and off & on the rest of the night.  Above, early in the night, dancing to "Sweet Caroline", a recent line dance favorite on Thursday nights, it was Edith and Rei in front.

A LINE OF LINE DANCERS, Eden, Nene and Edith, paused while practicing "11:59" line dance. 

FOOD LINE.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for very delicious food.  Nick & Eden brought chicken apretada and rice. Estrelle brought pancit canton.  Nedy brought sotanghon. Rei brought Greek salad. Beth brought watermelon.  Mel brought sotanghon.  Elma brought chicken salad. Jake brought leche flan.  DJ Bing brought polvoron dessert.  Ralph brought leche flan. And, there was more. 

MIRA MESA BFF DANCERS, Pat, Aurora, Beth, Vangie and Carmen, were special guests, and they performed a "special number", the "Love Worth Waiting For" line dance.

BALLROOM DANCING.  We guys preferred the ballroom dances.  Above, Ralph and Rosa were dancing a swing.

Thursday, February 8, 2018:  VALENTINES DANCE PARTY NIGHT in combination with February BIRTHDAY PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Roses and balloons for February birthday celebrants. DJ Bing Villafuerte.


Thursday, February 15, 2018:  MARDI GRAS DANCE PARTY NIGHT at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Prizes for best attire. DJ Bing Villafuerte.



  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including Manila Swing (also known as 4-count hustle or Philippine swing or Filipino swing), cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
