JULY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday July 13, 2023

Hello Dancers,  

        You are invited to a JULY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY this Thursday July 13, 2023, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, roses for birthday ladies, and balloons for the guys. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share.  The great DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A dry and slightly warmer night is currently forecast.  

 DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive. NOTE: There's a street sign that H Street will be resurfaced  in July. Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake last Thursday, July 6th, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a nice-weather night.  There were 25 in attendance.  Here are 4 photos, most from the posts on Facebook:

 

 

BY THE LAKE.  Early in the evening there were people posing by Eastlake. In Nedy's selfie above you also see Lydia, Mona, Janet, Lolit, Eden, Geraldine, Eva and Irish.  

 

 

 

 BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the group photo above. Nedy gave a blessing for the food, thankfulness for bringing us all together, and a prayer for Cindy and her family. Visitation for Cindy at Glen Abbey is scheduled for the evening of July 22nd.

 

 

 

 LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm, and off and on until 10PM.  In Nedy's selfie above, behind Nedy you can see Nora, Mona and Irish dancing a line dance.

 

 

BALLROOM DANCING was plentiful.  In the photo photo above, Mona and Joe were enjoying dancing to what appears to be a rumba dance.

  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
