DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday October 18, 2018

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to a DANCE PARTY this Thursday October 18, 2018, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The great DJ Mel Zaragoza will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (October 11th) was a great BIRTHDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake.  Thanks in part to a large group of visiting DANCESATION stars, there were about 50 dancers, enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 6 photos below.

THURSDAY OCTOBER 11, 2018, BIRTHDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY, at Eastlake:

BY THE LAKE.  Rei, Belen, Zeny, Edith, Nene and Nina posed by Eastlake, in the photo above.  You can see other photos and videos from the night posted on the EastLake Shore Thursday Dance Group Facebook.

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm, then off & on until closing time.  Above, some were dancing to a relatively new one for Eastlake, "Let Your Love Flow" line dance. In the photo, it was Edith and Nedy in the front line, more or less.

FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for a photo before eating.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for a lot of very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought babyback ribs sinigang with vegetables, and rice. Karina brought birthday cake. Sheila brought chau fun noodles. Mel Paiste brought pancit sotanghon. Nene brought cream cheese puto. Carmen & Fred brought baked fish and fried rice. Estrelle brought maruya. Josie & Romy brought peanuts & craft beer. Geraldine brought dinuguan. Ralph brought 2 chickens and macaroni & cheese with beef casserole.  Beth brought pancit. Bert & Lennie Velasco brought chips & salsa. Rei brought Greek salad, suman, puto pao and maha blanca.  Bert Alota brought watermelon. And, there was more.

DANCESATION STARS, Bert Velasco and Mila were dancing to "Tango De Milo" in the photo above.  DANCESATION's big Halloween Dance Party is next Friday, October 19th, at Dancesation's new home, Infinity Dance Sports Center, 7243 Engineer Road, Suite B, in Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.

BIRTHDAY PARTY.  Seven October birthday celebrants posed by their cakes in the photo above - Ralph, Nedy, Bert Alota, Sheila, Geraldine, Belen, and Bernie. 

BIRTHDAY SERENADE by Romy.  In the photo above, Romy sang "Besame Mucho" cha cha while cha cha dancers Eden, Nedy, Geraldine, Sheila, Mila and Rei, and some others, accompanied him, continuing the birthday celebration.

Thursday, November 1, 2018:  DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Bing Villafuerte.


Thursday, November 8, 2018:  NOVEMBER BIRTHDAYS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Balloons, roses for ladies, and cake for all. DJ Mel Zaragoza.


  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
