FILIPINO NIGHT DANCE and JUNE BIRTHDAYS PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday June 7, 2018

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to a FILIPINO NIGHT DANCE and JUNE BIRTHDAYS PARTY this Thursday June 7, 2018, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and prizes for best Filipino Night Dance attire.  And, there will be roses and balloons for June birthday celebrants. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The incredible DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (May 31st) was a great DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, with about 25 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 4 photos below.

THURSDAY MAY 31, 2018, DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm, then off & on until closing time.  Above, some early birds were dancing to long-running favorite "Todo Todo" line dance, with DJ Bing instructing newcomers, and Nedy and Edith in the front line.

FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for a photo before eating.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought corn guinataan and baked spaghetti. Nedy brought banana bread. Karina brought sliders.  Estrelle brought fried rice.  Nina brought suman.  Beth brought pancit.  Ralph brought chicken.  Vicky and Ruby brought pancit, cake and macaroons.  And, there was more.

BALLROOM.  We guys preferred the ballroom dances.  Above, Lito and Daisy were enjoying one.  I think it was the rumba "Quien Sabe".

HOW MARVELOUS !!  Several ladies had lots of energy right through closing time.  Above at 10pm they were dancing to "Que Maravilla Tenerte".  Nedy, DJ Bing, Eden and Edith were in the front line.  This photo and many other photos from the night are in Nedy's Facebook.

Thursday, June 21, 2018:  CARIBBEAN NIGHT and HATS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Prizes for best attire. DJ Mel Zaragoza.


Thursday, June 28, 2018:  DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. DJ Bing Villafuerte. 


  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
