Join a DANCE PARTY this Thursday night January 4th at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food and beverages. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation. Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The great DJ Nickie Bascos will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.
DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive. Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive. The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.
Last Thursday (December 28th) was MASQUERADE & NEW YEARS NIGHT DANCE at Eastlake, with 25 dancers enjoying DJ Nickie Bascos's great music, as you can see in the 5 photos below. THURSDAY DECEMBER 28, 2017, MASQUERADE & NEW YEARS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:
LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm, and off & on the rest of the night. Above, dancing to "Carinito", a longtime line dance favorite on Thursday nights, it was DJ Nickie in front.
FOOD LINE. Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought beef afritada with vegetables and rice. Rei brought Greek salad. Mel (not the DJ, but the other Mel) brought sotanghon. Josie brought macaroni salad and coffee. Estrelle brought spam and rice. Nene brought espasol. Zeny brought rice cake. Rosa brought puto. Elma brought ham. Remy brought spam and oranges. And, there was more.
BLURRED LINES line dance is still favorite. Above Geraldine was one of the dancers.
EVA, across the floor, was also dancing to "Blurred Lines" line dance.
BALLROOM DANCING. We guys preferred the ballroom dances. Above, I got to dance a cha cha with Rosa.

It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights, with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including Manila Swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties. This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
