Hello There Dancers,
Yes, Four Points by Sheraton, 8110 Aero Drive, San Diego, will let us back in to dance this Thursday (Nov 12th) per phonecon with Nick Enriquez. DJ Bing Villafuerte will play line dances 6 to 7pm and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. $10.
Last Thursday November 5, 2015, was Dance The Night Away at Mira Mesa Senior Center featuring DJ Nickie Bascos, lots of food & beverages, and about 40 dancers (I met many for the 1st time). The following fourteen photos (mostly all from Rima's camera) tell part of the story:

LAST THURSDAY NIGHT'S DANCE AT MIRA MESA SENIOR CENTER, 8460 MIRA MESA BLVD., SAN DIEGO (NOVEMBER 5, 2015):
Line Dances. There were plenty of line dances, including free line dance lessons and line dancing non-stop from 6pm - 7pm. Above, it was "Carinito", with Rima in focus in front.
"Carinito" - It's still a huge favorite. Above, Romy, Rima and others were in the front line.
On the other hand, we guys preferred the ballroom dances. Above, Ruben danced happily with Aurora to the beautiful night club 2-step, "Tal Vez, Quizas".
Even DJ Nickie Bascos got on the dance floor. Above, he danced to "Tal Vez, Quizas" with.. Oh, oh. I did not catch her name.
Waltz Line Dance. I never had a photo of us dancing the waltz line dance before. Rima took this photo. Let's see. Esta and Lou were in the front line.
Ruben and Dolores danced a cha cha, "Corazon Espinado", I think.
"Caballero" continues its multi-year run as a line dance favorite. Above, Nitz and two Ediths were in the front line dancing to "Caballero".
I was fortunate to get to dance a cha cha with Jona, above.
DJ Nickie Bascos, above, played the great dance music.
Ruben was very very busy Thursday night. He danced almost every dance, including a night club 2-step with Ofelia, above.
Above, Marilyn and Romy danced to the cumbia favorite, "Amor Ala Mexicana".
Borracho Y Loco. We line danced like crazy over and over again. Above, the dancers were "borracho y loco" with another line dance favorite, "Bachata Risma". Edith in front.
Food Frenzy. Besides all sorts of food provided early in the evening, dancers had plenty of energy at closing time when Romy brought in a big box of fresh persimmons, all gone in 60 seconds.
Hoping to see you on the dance floor,
Bert & Edith
