BALLROOM & LINE DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday November 14, 2024

Hello Dancers,  

  You are invited to a BALLROOM & LINE DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday November 14, 2024, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, with the amazing DJ Nickie Bascos.  There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages.  It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. DJ Nickie will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A cool and dry night is currently forecast.

  DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A NOVEMBER BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake this past Thursday, November 7, 2024, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a cool and dry night.  There were almost 50 in attendance.  Here are 6 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party; most were copied from Facebook posts:

 

  BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the group photo above.  Nedy gave a blessing for the food, and thankfulness for bringing us all together.

 

 

  BALLROOM DANCING was in abundance.  In Nedy's selfie above, Sami and Hula were dancing what appears to be a swing dance.

 

 

  UPCOMING EVENTS signs were held by "Ring Girls" Alice, Janet, Lou and Eden in the photo above.

 

 

  LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm until almost 7:30 and off & on, alternating with ballroom dances, until 10pm.  In the photo above, "The Eastlake Dancers" performed the line dance  "Junk In The Trunk" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vx2V6KhjpzY ). Merely, Lolit and Roland were in front line. Irish and Eva were in the 2nd line.

 It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
