AUGUST BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday August 8, 2024

Hello Dancers,  

  You are invited to an AUGUST BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday August 8, 2024, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, with the great DJ Bing Villafuerte, especially if you have a birthday in August. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, roses for birthday ladies and balloons. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. DJ Bing will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A warm and dry night is currently forecast.

  DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A BALLROOM & LINE NIGHT DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake this past Thursday, August 1, 2024, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a warm and slightly drizzly night.  There were almost 50 in attendance, thanks in part to 3 first-timers.  Here are 5 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party.  Most were copied from earlier Facebook posts:

 BALLROOM DANCING was in abundance.  In the photo above, Mona and Ruben were dancing what looks like a swing dance.

 

 

  UPCOMING EVENTS for Thursday night dancing at Eastlake.  Ring Girls Myrna, Estrelle, Lolit and Melba held up signs with the upcoming schedule for Thursday nights at Eastlake.

 

 

 "THE EASTLAKE DANCERS" performed a special line dance called "Alone 2024" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edJUTcnNLGI ).  Merely and Irish were in front. Roland, Mary Jane and Lolit were behind them.

 It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
