HAWAIIAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday July 28, 2022

Hello Dancers,  

  There will be a HAWAIIAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY this Thursday July 28, 2022, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and prizes for best Hawaiian attire. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The marvelous DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.

  MASKS required?  Well, the homeowners association still has a "masks recommended" sign on the door.  In order to have a healthy dance, please do not come in if you have a fever, a bad cough, or other serious cold or flu symptoms.  Anyone can wear a mask who chooses. Everyone should bring a mask, just in case the requirements change at the last minute.

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A DANCE PARTY AT EASTLAKE was last Thursday, July 21st, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, and 30 dancers. Here are some photos:

 LINE DANCING (with lessons) was non-stop from 6 until 7pm, and then off & on until 10pm.  In the photo above, Nedy, Edith and Annie were in front, more or less, dancing to "La Ultima Noche" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eqyc55qYzvA ).

 

 

 

 BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the photo above. Nedy gave a blessing for the food, and a prayer for everyone's health.

  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night line dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
