NO DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday July 4, 2019

Hello Dancers,   

 Sorry, NO dance, again, this Thursday at Eastlake, because on the July 4th holiday the place is closed.  But, on Thursday July 11, 2019, come back to Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, for a dance party for the July Birthdays Party, with line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 


Last Thursday (June 27th) was a great DANCE PARTY at Eastlake.  There were about 35 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 4 photos below.

THURSDAY June 27, 2019, DANCE PARTY at Eastlake:

BY THE LAKE.  Posing by Eastlake in the photo above, it was Lennie, Nedy, Connie and Nene, in a photo from Nedy's Facebook.

POSE BEFORE FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for the photo above before eating. Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for delicious food.  Beth brought pancit. Nick & Eden brought beef bulalo and marinated fried milk fish and rice. Estrelle brought pan de sal. Karina brought peanuts & green peas. Carmen brought fruit salad & rice. Nedy brought rice. Josie & Romy brought rice. Rosa brought sweet rolls. Rei brought suman, maha blanca and fruits. Rick & Connie brought chicken and corn.  Sheila brought chips & dip. Bert & Lennie Velasco brought dinuguan. Pat Espinosa brought puto.  Jake brought oranges.  Nina brought leche flan and cherries.
And, there was more.

BALLROOM DANCING alternated with line dancing from 7 - 10pm.  In the photo above, Karina and DJ Mel were dancing to the rumba "Sin Ti".  

LINE DANCING was enjoyed off & on all night.  In the photo above, at closing time, we see Beth in front, and they all were dancing "It's All About the Three Steps", a new line dance at Eastlake.

Thursday, July 11, 2019:  JULY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Cake. Balloons. Roses for birthday ladies. DJ Nickie Bascos.


Thursday, July 18, 2019:  No Dance.  Sorry, the Clubhouse is reserved by another Eastlake group.


Thursday, July 25, 2019:  SAFARI & ANIMAL PRINTS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Prizes for best attire.  DJ Mel Zaragoza.


  It's a fun dance party on most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
