DANCE PARTY at Eastlake This Thursday January 24, 2019

Hello Dancers,   

 You are invited to a DANCE PARTY this Thursday January 24, 2019, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The phenomenal DJ Nickie Bascos will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm. 

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

Last Thursday (January 17th) was a festive BLACK & WHITE PARTY DANCE at Eastlake.  Thanks in part to visiting DANCESATION Stars and friends of DJ Mel, there were about 30 dancers enjoying the music of DJ Bing Villafuerte, as you can see in the 5 photos below.

THURSDAY JANUARY 17, 2019, BLACK & WHITE PARTY DANCE at Eastlake:

LINE DANCING  was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm, and then off & on until 10. In the photo above, Edith and Nedy are in the front line, during the line dance, "Haira". 

POSE BEFORE FOOD TIME. Dancers posed for a photo before eating.  Here's a "Thank You", and some credits for very delicious food. Nick & Eden brought fish & okra tempura, pinakbet with pork, papaya, and rice. Beth brought arroz caldo with egg.  Nedy brought salad.  DANCESATION's Bert Velasco brought diningding. DANCESATION's Mel brought camotes, bitter melon, and sweet potato dessert. Geraldine brought pinakbet and espasol.  Rei brought salad. Jovy brought mixed fruit and banana nut bread. Nina brought puto. Rosie brought turon and cookies. And, there was more.

Thursday, February 14, 2019:  VALENTINES DAY and FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Cake. Roses for all ladies. DJ Bing Villafuerte.

Thursday, February 28, 2019:  MARDI GRAS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913.  Prizes for best attire. DJ Bing Villafuerte.


  It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including cha cha, night club 2-step, rumba and much much more.

Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego.  While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
