Wednesday Night Dancing - DJ Eric Ends at Lucky Star - DJ Ernie Starts at Spin City

Hello Dancers,  
  DJ Eric ended his Wednesday night engagement at Lucky Star 3 days ago, but on the same night DJ Ernie started his at Spin City.  More details below.       


  DJ Eric wrapped up a year and a half of DJ'ing at Lucky Star this past Wednesday. 

Here we see Edith D and DJ Eric enjoying a last dance.  It was a year & a half of a lot of great music, ballroom and line dances.  At this time, Lucky Star has no immediate plans to fill Wednesday nights, from what I heard.  Lucky Star is located at 54th Street and University Avenue, and their big Thursday night and weekend entertainment schedule continues.


  Coincidentally, also on Wednesday night (Sept 28th), DJ Ernie Tactay as the "iqt Music Factory" had his Grand Opening at Spin City in Chula Vista.    

  Here we see some of the 20 dancers in attendance, in particular Trini and Edith R in front of "Cumbia Semana" line dancers, at the Grand Opening at Spin City on Sept 28th.  Dancers enjoyed lots of munchies (hors d'oeuvres).  VIPs in attendance included Susan de los Santos, publisher of the Filipino Press.  This Wednesday (Oct 5th), DJ Ernie will again host Ballroom and Line Dancing Spin City, 618 E Street, Suite H, Chula Vista.  Admission is $5 for Paul Garcia's dance lesson from 7-8pm, and $5 for "Ballroom & Disco Dancing" from 8-11pm.
