BALLROOM & LINE DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday September 12, 2024

Hello Dancers,  

  You are invited to a BALLROOM & LINE DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday September 12, 2024, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, with the amazing DJ Bing Villafuerte.  There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages.  It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. DJ Bing will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A mild and dry night is currently forecast.

  DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A SEPTEMBER BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake this past Thursday, September 5, 2024, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a hot and dry night.  There were over 50 in attendance.  Here are 9 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party:

  BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the group photo above. Beth gave a blessing for the food, and thankfulness for bringing us all together.

 

 

  UPCOMING EVENTS signs were held by "Ring Girls" Sheila, Eden, Estrelle and Connie, in the photo above.

 

 

  "THE FRIENDS" PERFORMED a salsa line dance called "We Do Care" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjk5dzbiWYM ).  Sheila and Karina were in front, and Eden was right behind them.

 

 

 BACHATA LINE DANCE LESSON.  In the photo above, Roland was teaching dancers the steps to the "Viento Bachata" line dance ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBVaQM7aaSQ ) for the second week.  Eva and Annie were in the front row with Roland.

 

  BALLROOM DANCING was in abundance.  In the photo above, Liz and Dan enjoyed dancing to what appears to be a night-club 2-step. 

 

 BIRTHDAY CAKE.  Myra (Veronica) made another delicious highly-decorated birthday cake, which is in the photo above.  Celebrants Eden, Aida, Nina and Myra herself had their names on the cake, and Eden and Myra were at the party. 

 

 

  BIRTHDAY BOY DAN was honored with a big cheesecake in the photo above, which was also made by Myra.

 

 

  BIRTHDAY CELEBRANTS Eden, Dan and Myra were cheerfully posing for many photos with their cakes, in the photo above.

 It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
