  Sorry, but there will be NO DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday November 28, 2024, at Eastlake Shores. HAPPY THANKSGIVING.!!!  The dance parties will resume on December 19th.

A COWBOY & WESTERN NIGHT DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake this past Thursday, November 21, 2024, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a cool and dry night.  There were almost 60 in attendance.  Here are 8 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party; most were copied from Facebook posts:

  BALLROOM DANCING was in abundance.  In the photo above Amor and Ver were dancing what appears to be a night club 2-step.

 

 

 UPCOMING EVENTS signs were held by "Ring Boys" this week for a change.!!!  Ric, Nestor, Romy, Willie and Nickie posed for the photo above.

 

 

  LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm until almost 7:30 and off & on, alternating with ballroom dances, until 10pm.   "THE FRIENDS" in the photo above - in fancy Cow Girl attire - performed a special line dance to "Footloose" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltrMfT4Qz5Y ), choreographed by Angie.  Connie, Eden and Karina were in front. Angie, Rei, Belen and Nedy were in the 2nd line.  Sheila, Beth and Josie were in back.

  You are invited to a COWBOY & WESTERN DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday November 21, 2024, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, with the miraculous DJ Bing Villafuerte.  Join the fun before there are 3 WEEKS in a row WITH NO DANCES (until the December Birthdays & Christmas Party). There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages. Cowboy & Western-attired winners vie for prizes.  It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. DJ Bing will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A cool and dry night is currently forecast.

  DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

  WINNING COUPLES in Halloween Night costumes posed for the photo above.  They were Pete & Aida, Romi & Geraldine, DJ Bing & Janet, Faye & John, Irish & Roland, Fe & Cesar, and Eva & Dwayne (hidden).  Josie was a prize donor, and she handed out prizes. Dan & Beth were also winners, but not in this photo.
