POLKA DOT NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday October 6, 2022

Hello Dancers,  

  There will be a POLKA DOT NIGHT DANCE PARTY this Thursday October 6, 2022, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and prizes for best Polka Dot attire. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The incredible DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.

  MASKS required?  Well, the homeowners association still has a "masks recommended" sign on the door.  In order to have a healthy dance, please do not come in if you have a fever, a bad cough, or other serious cold or flu symptoms.  Anyone can wear a mask who chooses. Everyone should bring a mask, just in case the requirements change at the last minute.

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake last Thursday, September 29th, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, and 54 dancers, thanks in part to 2 first-timers, and some dancers returning after long absences. Here are some photos:

DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday September 1, 2022

Hello Dancers, 

  There will be a DANCE PARTY this Thursday September 1, 2022, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The adorable DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.

  MASKS required?  Well, the homeowners association still has a "masks recommended" sign on the door.  In order to have a healthy dance, please do not come in if you have a fever, a bad cough, or other serious cold or flu symptoms.  Anyone can wear a mask who chooses. Everyone should bring a mask, just in case the requirements change at the last minute.

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A CARIBBEAN HATS, BEACH PARTY AND SHORTS NIGHT DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake last Thursday, August 25th, with DJ Nickie Bascos, and 43 dancers. Here are some photos:

 BEACH PARTY.  Well, it was said to be a Caribbean Beach Party, and in the photo above, Lolit went out into the water at Eastlake.

 

 

 

 LINE DANCING (with lessons) was non-stop from 6 until 7pm, and then off & on until 10pm.  In the photo above, Nedy, Lolit and Gloria were in front, more or less, dancing to the popular line dance at Eastlake called "Cold Heart" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1De2dpLmRas ).

 

 

 

 BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the photo above. Nedy gave a blessing for the food, and a prayer for everyone's health.
