POLKA DOT NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday October 17, 2024

Hello Dancers,  

  You are invited to a POLKA DOT NIGHT DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday October 17, 2024, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, with the fabulous DJ Bing Villafuerte.  There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and Polka Dot-attired dancers vie for prizes.  It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. DJ Bing will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A cool and dry night is currently forecast.

  DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A BALLROOM & LINE DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake this past Thursday, October 10, 2024, with DJ Nickie Bascos, on a mild and dry night.  There were almost 40 in attendance.  Here are 7 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party; all were copied from Facebook posts:

 LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm until almost 7:30 and off & on until 10pm.  In the photo above, Roland again taught the "2 Dozen Roses" line dance ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ciI1Ma1M2M0 ), with Nena (1st-time at Eastlake) and Edna also in front.

 

 

   ROMY SANG the waltz line dance "Someone Must Feel Like A Fool Tonight" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OBEVxWJqQI ).  In the photo above he discussed it with DJ Nickie and Edith.

 It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
