BALLROOM & LINE DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday October 10, 2024

Hello Dancers,  

  You are invited to a BALLROOM & LINE DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday October 10, 2024, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, with the great DJ Nickie Bascos.  There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, and beverages.  It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. DJ Nickie will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A mild and dry night is currently forecast.

  DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

AN OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake this past Thursday, October 3, 2024, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a mild and dry night.  There were just over 50 in attendance.  Here are 7 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party; some were copied from Facebook posts:

  LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm until almost 7:30 and off & on until 10pm.  In the photo above, Roland was teaching the "2 Dozen Roses" line dance ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ciI1Ma1M2M0 ), with Lou and Lolit at his sides.

 

 

  BIRTHDAY CAKE.  Myra (Veronica) made another delicious birthday cake with Halloween decorations, which is in the photo above.

 

 

  BIRTHDAY CELEBRANTS Isabel, Amor, Sheila, Michael, Lolit, Cesar, Geraldine and Sheila were cheerfully singing and posing for many photos with the birthday cake, in the photo above.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
