CINCO DE MAYO MEXICAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday May 4, 2023

Hello Dancers,  

  You are invited to a CINCO DE MAYO MEXICAN NIGHT DANCE PARTY this Thursday May 4, 2023, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and prizes to selected best attired. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share.  The adorable DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  A cool but dry night after a rainy morning is currently forecast.
 
DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake last Thursday, April 27th, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a cool-weather night.  There were almost 40 in attendance.  Here are some photos:

 

 

 BY THE LAKE.  Early in the evening there were people posing by Eastlake. In the photo above Gemma, Estrelle, Edith, Janet, Delia, Mayethe and Nora posed by Eastlake before the dance.

 

 

 

 BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the photo above. Beth gave a blessing for the food, and thankfulness for bringing us all together.

 

 

 

 BALLROOM DANCING was frequent.  In the photo above, the skillful Chito was dancing West Coast Swing with both Florita and Cindy.  The music was "Black Velvet" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkXNEmtf9tk ).

Thursday, May 11, 2023:  NO DANCE PARTY at Eastlake. The clubhouse is reserved for another group on that day.


Thursday, May 18, 2023:  MAY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Roses for birthday ladies.  DJ Nickie Bascos.


Thursday, May 25, 2023:  NO DANCE PARTY at Eastlake. The clubhouse is reserved for another group on that day.


  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night line dances in San Diego, with many other types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
