OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS NIGHT DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday October 13, 2022

Hello Dancers,  

  There will be an OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS NIGHT DANCE PARTY this Thursday October 13, 2022, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and cake & ice cream, and roses for ladies with October birthdays, plus balloons. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. The wonderful DJ Nice Bascos will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.

  MASKS required?  Well, the homeowners association still has a "masks recommended" sign on the door.  In order to have a healthy dance, please do not come in if you have a fever, a bad cough, or other serious cold or flu symptoms.  Anyone can wear a mask who chooses. Everyone should bring a mask, just in case the requirements change at the last minute.

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A POLKA DOT NIGHT DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake last Thursday, October 6th, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, and 56 dancers. Here are some photos:

 

 

 LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm.  In the photo above Connie, Nedy and DJ Bing were more or less in front, dancing again to the oldie but goodie, "She Bangs" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-RRxZcc-OE ).

 

 

 

 BY THE LAKE IN THE TWILIGHT.  Nida, Irish, Liz, Lolit, Connie, Nora, Belen, Annie, Edna, Nedy and Janet posed for the photo above at sunset by Eastlake.  You can see several more lakeside photos in the Eastlake Facebook.  We only have 4 more weeks of Daylight Saving Time.

 CELEBRATION or CHAOS.  While Romy serenaded Karina and Sheila, who were both celebrating their retirements, Joe was doing something, ladies were dancing around them in a circle, and Nedy took the photo.  The video of this scene is posted on Connie's Facebook.

 

 

  THE EASTLAKE DANCERS, well most of them anyway, posed in the photo above - John, Faye, Janet, Nida, Irish and Lolit.  They did a great job dancing the "Polka Dot Bikini" line dance ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64OjLpUNEzo ). You can see the video of their performance on Connie's Facebook.  Faye made most of the Dancers' attire.

Thursday, November 3, 2022:  NOVEMBER BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Roses for November's birthday ladies, and balloons.  DJ Bing Villafuerte.


  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night line dancing in San Diego, with many other types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
