FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday February 22, 2024

Hello Dancers,  

 You are invited to a FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY this coming Thursday February 22, 2024, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista, with the incredible DJ Bing Villafuerte. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages and roses for February's birthday ladies. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share. DJ Bing will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  Another cold but dry night is currently forecast.

  DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A VALENTINES DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake this past Thursday, February 15th, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a cool but dry night.  There were 50 dancers in attendance, most in RED Valentines attire. Here are 4 photos from last Thursday's Dance Party.  All were copied from earlier Facebook posts:

 

  BEFORE EATING, dancers, most in Valentine Party red, posed for the group photo above. Nedy gave a blessing for the food, and thankfulness for bringing us all together.

 

 

  LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm, and off and on with ballroom dances until 10pm. In the photo above a relatively new group, "The Friends" in Valentine red, performed a special line dance to "How Will I Know" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3-hY-hlhBg ).  They were Sheila and Eden in front, with Connie, Nedy and Faye (hidden) next, and Rei, Beth and Belen in the 3rd row.

 

 

  DJ BING was surrounded in the photo above by several beauties who loved the music he was playing.  The Valentine beauties were Janet, Irish, Mary Jane, Annie and Nida.

 

 

 BALLROOM DANCING was in abundance. Ray and first-timer Mercy danced in the photo above.  It looks like it was a swing dance.

Thursday, March 14, 2024: ST. PATRICK'S DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Green-Irish-attired winners vie for prizes. Daylight Saving Time returns.  DJ Nickie Bascos


  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night dance in San Diego, with many types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
