MEXICAN NIGHT Dance at Point Point Joint This Thursday, May 7, 2015

Buenos Dias Dancers!  

  CHA CHA, CUMBIA, MERENGUE and many more dances will be on the incredible DJ Bing's agenda for MEXICAN NIGHT on the dance floor at Point Point Joint this Thursday night May 7, 2015, two days after Cinco de Mayo.  This is YOUR INVITATION to join the party.  (Line dancing may be non-stop from 6-7pm as usual.)  Point Point will offer us dancers their delicious $10 dinner special which includes a soft drink.  (More details below.).   So come on over - Party time:  from 6pm until 10pm at Point Point Joint, 916 E. 8th Street, National City.

THURSDAY NIGHT AT POINT POINT JOINT (APRIL 30, 2015):

Lots of line dances - including non-stop from 6 to 7pm.  "Carinito" packed the floor again.  In the photo above Gloria was in front with Eva behind her. 

Above, Bert Alota dipped Suzanne while dancing "Ballerina Girl" night club two step.

And Mel had fun dancing "Ballerina Girl" with Ly.

Elsie and Ping were happy dancing the rumba "Acercate Mas".

I spotted Edith with a pretty skirt dancing "Blue Tango" with Gino.  

Dancers were at fever pitch near closing time, dancing to "Bachata Risma".  Marilyn, Edith and Lito were in front in the photo above.


 It's a fun dance party most every Thursday night at Point Point Joint with line dances and ballroom dances like swing including Manila Swing (also known as 4-count hustle or Philippine swing or Filipino swing), cha cha, night club 2-step, tango and much much more.  For this week's MEXICAN NIGHT Dance Party on Thursday (May 7, 2015), Point Point Joint Restaurant, 916 E. 8th Street, National City, as usual will offer their special price of $10 for 2-entree dinner plus drink for Thursday Night dancers.

Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night dancing in San Diego - they are private parties, and this is your invitation to members of the email group to enjoy dancing in Point Point Joint Restaurant, a mere four miles from downtown San Diego.  While the dancing is continuous, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.  Hmmm - I bet the simultaneous instructions while others are dancing make these, for example, the best line cha cha dance lessons in San Diego.
