FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday February 2, 2023

Hello Dancers,  

   You are invited to a FEBRUARY BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY this Thursday February 2, 2023, at Eastlake Shores, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista. There'll be lots of dancing, fun, food, beverages, and roses for birthday ladies. It's a "private party" and this is your invitation.  Dancers are welcome to bring a dish of food to share.  The fabulous DJ Bing Villafuerte will play for line dancing 6pm-7pm, and mixed ballroom & line dances until 10pm.  Cool and dry weather is forecast.

  MASKS required?  Well, the homeowners association still has a "masks recommended" sign on the door.  In order to have a healthy dance, please do not come in if you have a fever, a bad cough, or other serious cold or flu symptoms.  Anyone can wear a mask who chooses. Everyone should bring a mask, just in case the requirements change at the last minute.

DIRECTIONS: Take H Street east to Eastlake Drive.  Go right one block, then turn right onto Lakeshore Drive. Then, turn left immediately into the parking lot of 2050 Lakeshore Drive.  The Eastlake Shores Clubhouse is behind the gated fence.

A DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake last Thursday, January 26th, with DJ Bing Villafuerte, on a nice-weather night.  There were over 30 dancers.  Here are some photos, including from the Facebook, where you can see about 100 nice photos:

 

 

 

 BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the photo above. Nedy gave a blessing for the food, and thankfulness for bringing us all together.

 

 

 

 LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6 to 7pm, and off and on until 10PM.  In the photo above, Roland and Rei were in the front line, more or less, dancing to the line dance "Imeda's Way" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Czv4_WvuUSs ).

 

 

 

 BALLROOM DANCING was frequent, too.  In the selfie photo above, Edna was dancing with Leo in what looks like a swing dance.  

 

 

 

DJ BING was back, in the selfie photo above, keeping the music going all night while admirers like Edna and Janet looked on.

Thursday, February 16, 2023:  NO DANCE PARTY at Eastlake. The clubhouse is reserved for another group on that day.


Thursday, February 23, 2023:  DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913.  DJ Bing Villafuerte


  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night line dancing in San Diego, with many other types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
