NO DANCE PARTY at Eastlake Thursday Thanksgiving November 24, 2022

Hello Dancers, 

  Sorry.  No dance at Eastlake this Thursday Thanksgiving night, November 24th.  But, it will be a big DECEMBER BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY a week later on Thursday December 1st, and I hope to see you then.

A STRIPES NIGHT DANCE PARTY was at Eastlake last Thursday, November 17th, with DJ Nickie Bascos, and 46 dancers, thanks in part to five 1st-timers. Here are some photos:  

  

 

 LINE DANCING was non-stop from 6pm - 7pm.  In the photo above, in the front line, more or less, were Mona, Edith and Gemma, dancing to the familiar, "La Ultima Noche" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eqyc55qYzvA ).  Line dancing alternated with ballroom dances until 10pm.

 

 

 

BEFORE EATING, dancers posed for the photo above. Nedy gave a blessing and gratitude for the food, and a prayer for everyone's good health.

 

 

 

 NIDA & LOLIT SANG at full volume "Hopelessly Devoted To You" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-3NvDp28U4 ), while dancers danced the night club 2-step.

 

 

 

 BALLROOM DANCING was frequent.  In the photo above, Lolit and DJ Bing were dancing the boogie swing "Good Golly Miss Molly" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZo1RblZUJU ).

 

 

 

 TANGO DANCERS Edna and Annie were enjoying the "Magicamente Tango" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPOrpjtP2j0 ) in the photo above on Stripes Night.

 

 

 

 WEST COAST SWING dancers Cindy and Chito were enjoying the west coast swing to "Mustang Sally" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1FRrZD2y9Y ) in the photo above.

 

 

 WINNING STRIPES NIGHT COUPLES posed.  In the photo above we see judges Josie & Eden, and winning couples Houda & Sami, Aurea & DJ Nice, Roland & Irish, Chito & Cindy, Connie & Pic, and Nora & Joe.

 

 

 

WINNING STRIPES NIGHT LADIES posed.  In the photo above we see Lolit, Annie, Eden, Melba, Estrelle, Aida, Beth, Gemma, Nedy, Irish, Liz, Karina and Sheila.  Other winners not in the photo were Angelique, Nida, Lou, Vicky and May.

Thursday, December 1, 2022:  DECEMBER BIRTHDAYS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Roses for December's birthday ladies, and balloons.  DJ Bing Villafuerte.


Thursday, December 8, 2022:  NO DANCE.  Another group reserved the Clubhouse for Dec. 8th.


Thursday, December 15, 2022:  NO DANCE.  Another group reserved the Clubhouse for Dec. 15th.


Thursday, December 22, 2022:  CHRISTMAS DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913.  DJ Nickie Bascos


Thursday, December 29, 2022:   NEW YEAR'S MASQUERADE DANCE PARTY at Eastlake, 6pm-10pm at the Eastlake Shores Beach Clubhouse, 2050 Lakeshore Drive, Chula Vista CA 91913. Prizes for best attire.  DJ Bing Villafuerte


  It's a fun dance party most Thursday nights with line dances and ballroom dances like swing, cha cha, night club 2-step, cumbia, rumba and much much more.

P.S. Other Notes: (1) These are really fun ballroom and line dance parties.  This is Thursday night ballroom and line dancing in San Diego. This is the best Thursday night bachata dancing in San Diego, with many other types of dance. While the dancing and music are non-stop, there are dancers who are happy to give free dance one-on-one lessons during the dances, in case you don't know the steps of a particular dance.
